High-Protein Smoothie



A tasty smoothie that is full of protein, vitamins, and minerals to keep you going all day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk

Instructions:

In a blender, mix all the ingredients together

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

Put it in a glass and serve right away
