Hot Gruyere & White Wine Chicken Dip
This Hot Gruyere & White Wine Chicken Dip is a creamy and flavorful appetizer that's perfect for gatherings or game nights. The combination of Gruyere cheese, tender chicken, and white wine creates a rich and indulgent dip that pairs beautifully with a variety of dippers.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C
In a mixing bowl, combine Gruyere cheese, cooked chicken, white wine, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and paprika
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it out evenly
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving
Serve hot with your choice of crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks
