Grilled Chicken Naan Wraps
These Grilled Chicken Naan Wraps are packed with flavor, featuring tender grilled chicken strips and a creamy roasted red pepper tahini sauce. They're perfect for a quick and delicious meal any time of day.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 pieces of naan bread
- 1 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through
Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes
In a blender or food processor, combine roasted red peppers, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper
Blend until smooth
Slice grilled chicken into strips
Warm naan bread on the grill for about 1 minute on each side
Spread a generous amount of roasted red pepper tahini sauce onto each piece of naan bread
Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, chopped parsley, and grilled chicken strips
Fold naan bread over the filling to form wraps
Serve immediately and enjoy!
